1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Dorteus specializes in fashion, offering:
– Leggings

All products are lightweight fashion items, carefully packaged and shipped in standard protective packaging so they arrive complete and undamaged.


2. SHIPPING LOCATION

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders are packaged and shipped from the following address: 313 E River Dr, Omro, Wisconsin 54963, United States.


3. SHIPPING RATES

A flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order applies to all orders.
– The shipping cost is calculated per order, regardless of quantity or destination within the U.S.


4. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

The our order processing department works from Monday to Saturday every week excluding holidays. Order cutoff time is 7pm Central Time. Orders placed after 7pm will be processed the next business day.

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing (48 States Contiguous U.S: 3-5 business days; Alaska & Hawaii: 3-7 business days).

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your shipping address.


5. SHIPPING PARTNERS

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx or equivalent partners.


6. SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.


7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

– Tracking updates may take some time until the carrier scans your package.
– If your tracking status hasn’t updated after several days or you experience unexpected delays, please contact us for assistance.


8. DELIVERY ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order to avoid delivery issues.

Dorteus is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
– Incorrect or incomplete addresses
– Missing apartment or unit numbers
– Undeliverable or restricted locations

In such cases, your package may be delayed or returned to the sender.
