Return & Refund Policy

RETURN

This policy applies to all orders placed at dorteus.co from any country. We accept returns for all products purchased at dorteus.co.

1.1. Conditions for Returning Items: Products must be in new condition to be eligible for return, no frayed, washed or removed tags.

1.2. Timeframe for Returns: Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return.

1.3. Return Label, Shipping Fee:

The return label will be sent to the customer, return label is free of charge. We will provide prepaid shipping labels for any products. These labels will be mailed to you, and you will need to download and print them.

1.4. Restocking fee: No cost

RETURN METHODS:

We accept return by mail. To initiate a return, follow the steps and provide the necessary details below:

  • Send a return request to support@dorteus.com, and include your order number, order email, and a picture or video of the product.
  • We will review your request within 1 business day and provide a return label if product returned due to defective.
  • Carefully pack the items and send them to the return address, including “Dorteus Return” in the package content.

Once we receive your return package, we will send an email notification.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges on all products. Conditions are similar to return conditions. Customers will not have to pay shipping fees in case of defective products. In cases of exchange due to a change in purchasing decision, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for the replacement items, the standard shipping fee is equivalent to the original shipping.

REFUND

If the returned item meets the conditions for return, we will accept the refund request. You will receive written notification of the acceptance of the refund via email. If the customer fails to send the returned item, we have no basis for accepting the refunds.

Refund Amount:

Refunds can be either full or partial, depending on the refund request.

Refund Timeframe and Method:

After receiving notice of the acceptance of the refund from Dorteus, eligible customers should allow 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed. We will refund the original payment method used for the purchase.

If, after the above timeframe, the refunded amount still does not appear on your balance, please contact us at support@dorteus.com.
