Modify/Cancel Order

Order modification/cancellation window:

If you change your mind about your purchase (cancel, buy more, change size…), please send a request to us. You always have the right to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After that time, the order will be locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified. Therefore, if more than 24 hours have passed since placing your order, we recommend that you wait for your order to be successfully delivered and refund accordingly Return & Refund Policy.

How to request to modify/cancel an order:

Request to cancel/modify order please send to email: support@dorteus.com must be sent by email of purchase, should be sent by email of purchase. The content of the request should clearly show the following contents: order number and what you want to modify or cancel.

In case you cannot access your purchase email, you can still submit a cancellation/modification request by another email, we will call your purchase number to verify this request is correct and sent by buyer.

We will send a confirmation email once the modification or cancellation is done.
