We’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions about our shipping, payment, and return policies to help you shop with confidence.


Shipping

When will I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This usually takes 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. It will redirect you to the carrier’s website, where you can view real-time delivery updates.

Why has the tracking status not been updated? What should I do?
Sometimes tracking information takes 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package. If your tracking hasn’t updated after several days, please contact us at support@dorteus.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Why are my items shipped separately?
To ensure faster delivery, some items may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and the remaining items will arrive shortly after the first package.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.


Payment

Which currency will be used?
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
For U.S. orders, the price you see at checkout includes any applicable sales tax.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Dorteus uses encrypted payment gateways to ensure your information is protected. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as secure online payment methods.


Refunds & Returns

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You can wait until you receive the goods and return them according to the policy.

How do I request a new replacement?
If you need to exchange the item, please email support@dorteus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost once your request is verified.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 4 business days. It may take an additional 3 business days for your bank/card issuer to process the transaction and for the refund to appear in your account. The maximum time it takes for a customer to receive a refund is 7 business days.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update the address for you. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@dorteus.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we’re working on adding this feature soon!
