All payments are made via the PayPal payment gateway. We accept 2 popular payment methods including:
a. PAYPAL
– Pay with your PayPal account: You can log in and complete your purchase in just a few clicks.
– PayPal Buyer Protection: Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal’s protection program for added peace of mind.
– No extra fees: We do not charge any additional PayPal processing fees.
b. DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD ( VIA PAYPAL GATEWAY) 
– Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and most major US debit/credit cards.
– No PayPal account required: You can pay directly with your card via PayPal’s secure payment gateway, without registering a PayPal account.
– Instant processing: Card payments are processed instantly for faster order confirmation.
– No hidden fees: The price you see is the price you pay.
– PCI DSS Compliance: All payments are securely processed by PayPal, a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Dorteus does not store your full card details at any stage.

2. HOW TO PAY
a. Choose PayPal or Debit/Credit Card at checkout.
b. You will be redirected to:
– For PayPal: Log in to your PayPal account and confirm payment.
– For Debit/Credit Card: Enter your card information and confirm payment.
c. You will receive an instant order confirmation email after successful payment.

3. ORDER CURRENCY AND LOCATION, AMOUNT ON INVOICE
– All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
– We accept orders and payments only from customers within the United States.

Purchase invoices at Dorteus include the following costs:

– Item price: The prices displayed on each product page reflect the price of that specific item, based on the size or variant selected. Sales tax is not included in the displayed price and will be calculated at checkout if applicable.

– Shipping fees: Shipping fees are calculated at a fixed rate, do not vary depending on the quantity or destination of the package. Please read the Shipping Policy for specific shipping fees.

– Sales tax: Sales tax is calculated automatically according to Wisconsin’s sales tax policy. The specific tax amount will be displayed on the invoice after you enter your shipping address. Read more Tax Information.

No additional fees: Besides the three fees listed above, customers do not have to pay any other fees to receive their order. No membership fees, no hidden fees. If you notice any unusual fees that are not as described above, please stop paying and notify us.

4. PAYMENT SECURITY 
– SSL Encryption: All transactions are encrypted and protected by industry-standard SSL technology.
– Fraud Prevention: We may request additional verification for orders flagged as suspicious. Your payment will not be processed until verification is complete.

– All refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or the debit/credit card used at checkout).
