The our order processing department works from Monday to Saturday every week excluding holidays.

I. SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost vary depending on the shipping address. Shipping costs will automatically update and show up in your total after entering your shipping address.

Shipping cost are calculated as follows:
+ Standard United States Shipping: $3.95 per order
+ Standard International Shipping: $14.95 per order
The shipping cost you pay is final, regardless of the weight or size of the goods. It includes all fees and surcharges associated with your order.

II. DELIVERY TIME

Shipping time will include order processing time and transit time. The timelines below are estimated times, based on actual completed orders.
a. Processing Time:
Orders are packaged and shipped from our facility 1-2 business days after purchase.
b.  Transit Time:
Standard shipping applies:
+ 5-7 days for United States
+ 7-25 days for International

*An order has a change of delivery address, we will process it within 3 working days.
Delivery time if changing the delivery address:
+ 5-7 days for USA
+ 7-25 days for International

CAN ORDERS BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes

III. ABOUT LATE DELIVERY

Most of the orders are shipped on time. In some rare cases, your order may be delayed for the following reasons: Incorrect address; Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units; Severe weather conditions; International clearance.
