Please refer to the chart below to select the best size for your body. All measurements are based on U.S. standard women’s sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a snug, compressive feel.

How to Measure

  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically above your belly button.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear.
  • Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle.

Fit Tips

  • Our leggings are designed to hug your body comfortably with 4-way stretch for flexibility and movement.
  • For high-compression or performance wear, some customers prefer a tighter fit.
  • For lounging or casual everyday use, a slightly looser fit may feel more comfortable.
