This policy is written to provide complete and clear information related to invoicing, transaction processes, as well as information security during the customer payment process. With the detailed information below, we hope to bring a convenient and transparent purchasing experience to customers.
I. Full expense that a user will bear before and after purchase
Amount on Invoice
All prices and figures are listed in US dollars.
Purchase invoices at Dorteus include the following costs:
– Item price: The price of each item is clearly announced on the product detail page by size and style. This price will sync in the shopping cart and checkout page.
– Shipping cost: Fixed shipping cost for each order, depends on shipping address, does not change according to weight and packing size. Please read the Shipping Policy for specific shipping rates.
Note: No taxes on any item or country.
No additional fees: There are no hidden or additional fees other than those mentioned above. Membership registration is free. You only have to pay the amount stated on the invoice to receive your order. If you notice any unusual fees that are not as described above, please stop paying and notify us.
After purchase:
- If you change your purchasing decision and want to modify or cancel your order, please refer to the Modify/Cancel Order page.
- We do not charge return fees for any products and are subject to Return & Refund Policy. Please read the policy to see how it applies.
II. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
Customers can pay using the following 2 options:
1. Pay via Paypal account
2. Pay with Debit or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
The amount will be collected immediately when the customer successfully places an order. Orders will only be shipped when the customer pays the full amount stated on the invoice.
III. BUYER’S PAYMENT INFORMATION
We cannot access your card number. Once your purchase is complete, we are only available to view relevant order information including: Name of buyer, billing address, shipping information, and therefore the last 4 digits of your card.
